    The staff is as lways super polite & hard working. Tonight 7/13/19 at 7:30pm the crew was FANTASTIC!! Food is always great.

    Wood was tasty but what a mess. People were sliding all over due to sauces all over, the food was a huge mess. These folks need to lear how to use soap and water.

    I'm one of the unlucky ones who also instantly gets sick after eating here. I'm not sure if it's because they don't practice proper food safety, or if it just doesn't agree with me. It's sad though because I love their food but the few times I've been here, it has been dirty, not very good service and the soup has tasted days old.

    Will never visit the Manteca location again. Our family are regular GK customers at Manteca, Stockton, and Tracy locations. The service we received today was by far the worst ever. They were out of noodles and I asked the cook to please add noodles as they were out. He forgot. I went through the line and made another bowl as the first was obviously incomplete. Old crew was so much better. They need to hire people who can properly run their business.

    First of all why do they fling the food all over the place making you loose part of your food, as it is they changed the bowls and they are lot smaller. I've been to real authentic Mongolian restaurants and they treat it like an art not like wild animals not knowing what they are doing. The service in the place is super horrible and it's very dirty. Food is decent when it comes out but you miss half of it.
